The gun was as certified excellent. It came without the Taurus security key. The was revolver was bricked on arrival. The hammer does not pull back and the gun was very dirty. I had to take it to a gunsmith for service.

Horrible on returning product or correcting issue, referred to Sig Sauer to resolve issue when Guns Warehouse was the company I purchased from. However....... I really just wanted an extra magazine and the customer service rep that I spoke with was extremely helpful in finding an alternate item from Guns Warehouse that "may" work.

This was an awesome experience buying a gun online. It took two days to get to my FFL and the next morning by 10: 00 AM it was in my hands. A person can't ask for a better experience. Thank you .

Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). A previous rep informed me that the front sight had been broken in transit. He was going to allow me to pay a restocking fee for a gun...Read More Read more about review stating TERRIBLE
