Wasnt updated much in the beginning, wasnt even sure my order went through. I heard nothing for around 10 days. The rest of the process was fine, got notification when it shipped and when to pick it up. The first gun was a problem, your Lady was such a great HELP, l am NOT computer smart. The second gun was much better, but l think Penney was her name really did a super job talking me through . Both ladies are great HELP for old man that has a computer. Thank you.
