Every time I order from my order ships within a couple of days and arrives intact. Email notifications keep me informed. Prices are fair, but sometimes I have to shop around. After adding shipping and the FFL fee, sometimes it is less expensive to order directly with the FFL, if they can get what I want. Packaged in original box with paperwork and extra magazines as described. The pistol is better than expected, especially after reading all the crazy reviews. I took a chance and happy I did.
