Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). A previous rep informed me that the front sight had been broken in transit. Good overall experience. A professionally designed website that's easy to use. The selection of new forearms... it's ok. But not great. I was expecting more choices. Good first-time buyer experience and the used gun category is a nice to have feature.

This was thenfirst time inhave ever purchased a firearm online. I have always wanted to touch it and purchase locally. I would still rather do that . But. Guns Warehouse is fantastic they made it very easy all was explained and delivery was even sooner than promised . Absolutely great. If i must purchase online it will be with Guns Warehouse

My experience with Guns Warehouse was great. They deliver fast, great prices and friendly customer service. However, my receiving dealer ruined the experience by charging me $125 for the transfer. I imagine they do that to force you to buy from them instead.

Guns Warehouse was fast and easy. Unfortunately I received the gun MUCH Faster then the accessories I ordered with it? Doesn’t make much sense. The gun arrived at the gun shop yesterday but I still haven’t received the accessories.

I’ve read bad reviews regarding the shipping and the receiving process I haven’t had a issue regarding my accessories. The packaging of the box when it came was very much insulated and my product got here mint condition. I can’t speak on used because I’ve only bought new but the shipping and the speed of the company has really been great.

I submitted a claim last week with pictures texted to me from the FFL Dealer who my gum was shipped to showing the gun was received damaged. It has been more than 72 hours since my claim was filed & I have not received any response from your company. Next step is to submit a Google review & never do business with your company again…
