Just not enough information up front. Disclaimers of course but many existing delivery issues. I am on my 10 business day for gun delivery and it looks like another 3 days at least. Then my transfer is needing 40 dollars cash to complete transfer this is not noted properly in sale. Not a good experience

The new Norton system does not allow you to track my gun shipments. Had to call my FFL to determine when to pick up. Otherwise, you guys are great.

I found the process to sell my handgun easy and fair. I received a better offer from than from local gun stores. Once I accepted the offer the shipment and payment process was easy to follow. I shipped my gun on Monday and received payment on Friday; updates on shipment and payment were very timely.

Purchases a used rifle in “good condition”. Pictures didn’t distinguish where the damages were. When my FFL dealer received it, the box was damaged, bent and torn. Wrapped in 1 layer of bubble wrap and very little packaging peanuts.
