Still waiting to be reimbursed $597.00 after I was sent the wrong order. Received a call and an apology a week ago from and have gotten no more correspondence since! Hoping for this to be resolved soon!

My experience was perfectly as expected. I paid a little extra to be sure the description and picture matched what I was looking. I did this because some listed what I wanted but the picture was inconsistent and vice versa. I didn't want the hassle of buying the cheaper gun and then it being an inferior model than what was pictured or listed.

I bought the gun as a gift to my son. There is a very noticeable scratch on the slide just behind the front sight that made him wonder if I bought him a used gun. I am working with a great dealer for receiving these guns. I would like a faster way to communicate with Guns Warehouse. No chat. Calling is not viable because of the long wait time. So far shipping has been timely. If ordering more than one item. They may not ship together. Great selection of firearms. Especially the used firearms.
