Every time I order from my order ships within a couple of days and arrives intact. Email notifications keep me informed. Prices are fair, but sometimes I have to shop around. After adding shipping and the FFL fee, sometimes it is less expensive to order directly with the FFL, if they can get what I want. When reviewing your comments on shotguns it was frustrating not to know which chokes were included on every listing. Also the serial numbers or dates of manufacturer it should be included. Your listening should be standardized for these items. Other than that I had an outstanding experience with you.
