I ordered the wrong gun and allowed me to return it,(against their policy) as it had not left the gun dealer yet. I was then able to order the one I wanted.

My only issue with my order is that after I submitted my order it showed a different total. One of the items in the order had a separate shipping charge from the other portion of my order. My order was all 9 mm ammo. So instead of the reasonable shipping charge I was expecting it was double.

I found the process to sell my handgun easy and fair. I received a better offer from than from local gun stores. Once I accepted the offer the shipment and payment process was easy to follow. I shipped my gun on Monday and received payment on Friday; updates on shipment and payment were very timely.
