Local retailers were low-balling me with a trade offer for a gun I no longer used. Reached out to Guns Warehouse and rec'vd a prompt offer from them that was more that $70 higher than the stores - and offered free shipping. Purchased a rifle the on next day changed my mind. Immediately sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. No reply for 2 days then got a reply that it has already been shipped. Could have been cancelled before it shipped but no one acted on it. I wanted a different rifle which I indicated on my email.
