This was thenfirst time inhave ever purchased a firearm online. I have always wanted to touch it and purchase locally. I would still rather do that . But. Guns Warehouse is fantastic they made it very easy all was explained and delivery was even sooner than promised . Absolutely great. If i must purchase online it will be with Guns Warehouse

Call multiple times, only to sit on hold with never an answer. Email as well, took over 3 days for something other than an automated response. No way to adjust or interact about an order placed in a timely manner. Poor customer service!!!

Purchasing and shipping went really smooth. Got a Fantastic price on a Smith&Wesson AR but quickly found out why when I took it out on the first day. Would only fire every other round. Split it apart and immediately saw the problem… Must be why it was sold cheap. The fix is cheap and parts on the way…
