Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). Great purchasing experience. Had the gun I wanted at a good price and was shipped expeditiously to my ffl. Weapon was new in package just as described. I would gladly purchase another gun from Guns Warehouse.
