Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). I'm not easily impressed. Currently run high end Ferrari, Porsche and rare exotic repair facility. Standards set by clients seen daily. It's never about me. It's about the service. I'm loyal to Guns Warehouse. Period!

Good overall experience. A professionally designed website that's easy to use. The selection of new forearms... it's ok. But not great. I was expecting more choices. Good first-time buyer experience and the used gun category is a nice to have feature.
