I like Firearms's gun shop a lot. I was looking everywhere for a certain model and Firearms's was the only one who had it. I wish I didn't have to pay the yearly subscription though. I'd rather they just advertised a higher price rather than the old bait and switch.

Initial delay in moving from, "Label printed." But this 'delay' may have been normal processing time. This first time customer of Guns Warehouse is satified with service and like my purchase more by the minute. Thanks!

I’m still waiting for my refund. Sent the gun back because it wasn’t what was advertised. Haven’t heard back from anyone from customer service yet. This was my first experience with and I’m very disturbed by gun.com lack of effort in correcting this matter.

Was able to find what I want and purchase fairly easily. I had some issues ordering on my phone. My browser and their site didn’t play well. Once I switched to my iPad it was easy. The gun arrived within 2 weeks and was as advertised.

I submitted a claim last week with pictures texted to me from the FFL Dealer who my gum was shipped to showing the gun was received damaged. It has been more than 72 hours since my claim was filed & I have not received any response from your company. Next step is to submit a Google review & never do business with your company again…
