Guns Warehouse was fast and easy. Unfortunately I received the gun MUCH Faster then the accessories I ordered with it? Doesn’t make much sense. The gun arrived at the gun shop yesterday but I still haven’t received the accessories.

I recently bought a used SW MP15 rifle and a new Charter Arms pink lady revolver. The machining on the barrel of the revolver looks terrible. I've sent images to customer service and havent gotten a response after five days. I just picked up the rifle today and the magazine is broken. Please advise.

I bought the gun as a gift to my son. There is a very noticeable scratch on the slide just behind the front sight that made him wonder if I bought him a used gun. Not that there’s anything wrong with a used gun but I paid a premium for a new gun that I think obtained because it had a flaw and sold it to me at a very high price.
