Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). Every time I order from my order ships within a couple of days and arrives intact. Email notifications keep me informed. Prices are fair, but sometimes I have to shop around.
