Process of buying was easy and with no issues. The problem is that they sent the wrong gun. Now, they hve to do an investigation to see what happened, i have to return the gun, and then they send the correct gun. If they srill have the correct gun in stock. I recently bought a used SW MP15 rifle and a new Charter Arms pink lady revolver. The machining on the barrel of the revolver looks terrible. I've sent images to customer service and havent gotten a response after five days. I just picked up the rifle today and the magazine is broken. Please advise.

Handgrip did not match photo in online posting. Photo depicted the Taurus “Ribber” handgrip. Handgrip received was not the Taurus “Ribber” handgrip.

Good overall experience. A professionally designed website that's easy to use. The selection of new forearms... it's ok. But not great. I was expecting more choices. Good first-time buyer experience and the used gun category is a nice to have feature.

Well first they delivered my ammo with two shells completely empty and their solution was to give me $10 discount on my next order.
