Every time I order from my order ships within a couple of days and arrives intact. Email notifications keep me informed. Prices are fair, but sometimes I have to shop around. After adding shipping and the FFL fee, sometimes it is less expensive to order directly with the FFL, if they can get what I want. The new Norton system does not allow you to track my gun shipments. Had to call my FFL to determine when to pick up. Otherwise, you guys are great.
