They sent me the wrong gun after waiting a week. They did admit to the issue then I bought ammo that was tarnished

The gun was as certified excellent. It came without the Taurus security key. The was revolver was bricked on arrival. The hammer does not pull back and the gun was very dirty. I had to take it to a gunsmith for service.

Very efficient and seamless transaction. I was contacted a few days after ordering to see if I would like my package insured. I did, and was given clear and concise instructions on how to pay the additional cost. The package was then shipped in a timely manner and arrived to my dealer with no concerns. If only you could get in a Sig Virtus SBR!

Don't know how it can get any easier. Gun is described accurately and communication is early and often. Delivery was delayed, but that's the times we live in.

Package was poor, a portion of the rifle was sticking out of the box and was damaged. For the amount paid o expected better.
