Purchased a .410 bullpup, while the shopping experience was great, with quick shipping, so my complaint is not so much with Guns Warehouse, but rather the weapon itself. The manufacturers customer support was literally useless, with accessories being "proprietary" and then not being able to order OEM parts. Don't know how it can get any easier. Gun is described accurately and communication is early and often. Delivery was delayed, but that's the times we live in.
