Sold my Ruger rifle to Guns Warehouse. Process couldn't have been easier. After accepting their offer, they sent a case and shipping box, along with a prepaid label for return shipping. Dropped it off at my local Staples for UPS pickup. Payment was sent quickly after they received and inspected the rifle. Would definitely recommend

I submitted a claim last week with pictures texted to me from the FFL Dealer who my gum was shipped to showing the gun was received damaged. It has been more than 72 hours since my claim was filed & I have not received any response from your company. Next step is to submit a Google review & never do business with your company again…

Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). A previous rep informed me that the front sight had been broken in transit.
