I submitted a claim last week with pictures texted to me from the FFL Dealer who my gum was shipped to showing the gun was received damaged. It has been more than 72 hours since my claim was filed & I have not received any response from your company. Next step is to submit a Google review & never do business with your company again…

I did an order just a few hour ago. When I received the email order confirmation I realise that I make a mistake because at the picture of the item do not show the manual safe. Everything was great. Went to pick my gun up at the FFL and saw the same gun cheaper in their case. Should have shopped around better, would have saved money.
