Call multiple times, only to sit on hold with never an answer. Email as well, took over 3 days for something other than an automated response. No way to adjust or interact about an order placed in a timely manner. Poor customer service!!!

Easiest place to browse and buy guns! I love this website and I’ve purchased almost all my guns through here. Only thing I would recommend is a cancel order option in case the wrong firearm model is purchased since some descriptions don’t always match the photos. Other than that, I really love this site. Thanks!

Wouldn't accept a return on a brand new, out of the box, Romeo1 sight. Purchased the wrong size for my pistol and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Absolutely nothing done to the sight. Buyer beware!
