Very easy process. I was looking for a specific firearm that was sold out everywhere locally. Found it on the website and ordered. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it shipped to a local dealer of my choosing within a few days. When the package arrived I went to the dealer and completed the transfer. Easy as can be. I ordered the wrong gun and allowed me to return it,(against their policy) as it had not left the gun dealer yet. I was then able to order the one I wanted.

Overall, no issues. Shipping company did not keep me well informed on delivery date, but that is minor. The info that I received from them might have indicated delivery today, but it started out saying it was delayed. The delivery date sounded like a guesstimate. But nice gun, well packaged! No issues since quick look over today.
