Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). A previous rep informed me that the front sight had been broken in transit. Every time I order from my order ships within a couple of days and arrives intact. Email notifications keep me informed. Prices are fair, but sometimes I have to shop around. After adding shipping and the FFL fee, sometimes it is less expensive to order directly with the FFL, if they can get what I want. The gun was as certified excellent. It came without the Taurus security key. The was revolver was bricked on arrival. The hammer does not pull back and the gun was very dirty. I had to take it to a gunsmith for service.
