I bought the gun as a gift to my son. There is a very noticeable scratch on the slide just behind the front sight that made him wonder if I bought him a used gun. Customer service attendant, Dillon, was rude and smug while on the call. I tried to make a return and he said it would be a 15% restocking fee when the gun was not delivered to the dealer (For some unknown reason). A previous rep informed me that the front sight had been broken in transit. Website was easy to navigate, shipping was reliable and price was fair. You may find better deals elsewhere on occasion, but you won’t find as much selection as Guns Warehouse.
