Purchased a .410 bullpup, while the shopping experience was great, with quick shipping, so my complaint is not so much with Guns Warehouse, but rather the weapon itself. The manufacturers customer support was literally useless, with accessories being "proprietary" and then not being able to order OEM parts. The Guns Warehouse part of the total buying experience was very good. Easy to complete and well documented. Here is the negative. The transferring dealer Bullseye Sports charged a $50 transfer fee. Sort of wiped out any savings from buying online.
