I ordered this pistol and got a confirmation number then never heard a thing for over a week! Called customer service and it was shipped that day. Not a gold standard first experience! Customer service was polite but it was clear he couldn’t care less about it.

We ordered a charcoal blue uberti cattleman. The order page said charcoal blue, but received a gun metal blue instead. Possibly due to the fact that the specifications did not match the picture on the website other than that, it is a good quality gun, reasonable price, prompt shipping and wide choice of ffl dealers.
