The tried-and-true configuration of our famous 45-70 Gov’t rifle. The Model 1895 Trapper features a 16.5” stainless steel barrel, a Wild West gun style lever, and a Skinner peep sight.
We take these brand new rifles over to the Remington Custom Shop and turn them into Modern Lever Hunters- with all the world famous upgrades – except these do not get the Cerakote finish. We like the Bead Blasted matte SS finish so well that we leave the finsh alone.
