I’m still waiting for my refund. Sent the gun back because it wasn’t what was advertised. Haven’t heard back from anyone from customer service yet. This was my first experience with Guns Warehouse and I’m very disturbed by gun.com lack of effort in correcting this matter.

While I have not picked up the weapon yet from my FFL, everything about the purchase and delivery from Guns Warehouse has been great. Very fast shipping and delivery. I found this very nice Savage model 745 and got a good deal on it. I have wanted an A5 style of shotgun for a very long time. I am very happy with my purchase! The whole process was easy and they shipped to my FFL dealer very quickly. I will be shopping Guns Warehouse in the future.

Beware where you choose to have it shipped to, I picked the closest too me and it turned out to be a gunsmith who works out of his house. It took longer, but Guns Warehouse made it right! I will use them again!!
