Apex includes the necessary pins and springs. You’ll need a 1/16″ punch and a small hammer. That’s it.

One thing to watch: the Shield 45 has a slightly different frame geometry than the 9mm or .40 versions. Apex designed this kit specifically for the .45, so you don’t have to modify anything. It fits the original M&P Shield 45 and the M2.0 version. Check your serial number if you’re unsure—if it’s a Shield in .45 ACP, you’re good.
