The shotgun is very nice and in great condition but I did not save that much buying used from guns,com as the transfer fee was $60.00 I could have bought a new one for about $30.00 more than I paid in total for this one. so only 4 stars I will know better next time.

Good selection. Fair pricing. Order status could be a lot better. I had to follow up on a partial order that was not shipped When I did get a response it was somewhat vague as to the shipping status. Will definitely order from them again in the future.

You can always count on Guns Warehouse having the best prices in the competitive online market. The shipping is always fast. Any problems or issues I’ve had which were mostly due to me ordering the wrong item have been dealt with a great level of professionalism and understanding.

I’m still waiting for my refund. Sent the gun back because it wasn’t what was advertised. Haven’t heard back from anyone from customer service yet. This was my first experience with Guns Warehouse and I’m very disturbed by gun.com lack of effort in correcting this matter.
